Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Aiva Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

• Domestic orders: estimated 5–8 business days
• International orders: estimated 10–21 business days; customs duties are the buyer's responsibility
• We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, though we will work with you to resolve such situations
