Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on new, unopened Aiva Ritual products within 10 days of delivery. To complete your return, please include your order printout inside the package. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Final Sale — Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Limited-edition products (e.g., seasonal releases and special collections)
- Any product or collaboration explicitly marked "Limited Edition" at the time of purchase
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards

Contact Us First
Reach out to us at care@aivaritual.com before or after your purchase — we are happy to help guide you through the process.
Pack & Ship
Securely package the unopened item(s) and include your original order printout. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or the result of our error.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
